By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

a) General Terms

WHAT I DO/DON’T DRAW▪ DO: OCs - Fanart - Yaoi/Yuri▪ DON’T: NSFW - Major Gore - Heavy Mecha - NFTs✧ My artistic style may have minor changes as I improve and develop as an artist.✧ Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service)
Commercial Use: Content +25%
Commercial Use: Merchandising +100%✧ My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.✧ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.✧ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.✧ Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.✧ You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost RM20 / 10 USD each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

b) Payment

✧ All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.✧ I will not continue the commission until I receive the payment.✧ I will only refund the money if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.✧ Prices are listed in MYR & USD✧ Payment only accepted through:

✧ 2 free revisions are only available during the sketch phase✧ Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.✧ No other progress updates will be provided during the process after sketching is approved. The completed work will be delivered upon completion.✧ Big changes after final design will be charged an additional RM25/15 USD, paid before I continue.Deadlines & Delivery :

e) Refunds

● You may cancel before payment is made.● Once payment is received, refunds are not available.● Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

f) Copyright/Usage

Artist Rights
● I retain the original copyright and ownership of the Artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Artwork in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
● The process of the Artwork may be posted in my social media i.e. on TikTok and/or Instagram unless clients requests otherwise before work begins.Please note: If you have any reasons against this, I am absolutely willing to discuss it beforehand.Client Rights:
● Client receive exclusive rights to use the Artwork produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.● Clients may not claim the Artwork as their own and therefore must credit me as the artist using my social tag/username/link

● Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making money off it in any way.
● Claiming the artwork as your own.
● Removing my signature.
● Altering the artwork without my consent.

g) Final Agreement

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
