When ordering the Product from the Seller, the Client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

a) General Terms

WHAT I DO/DON’T DRAW▪ DO: OCs - Fanart - Simple Scenic Illustrations▪ DON’T: NSFW - Major Gore - Heavy Mecha - NFTs✧ My artistic style may have minor changes as I improve and develop as an artist.✧ I have the right to reject any order that I don't feel comfortable drawing for any reason.✧ If you’d like me to change anything when I’m still working on the Artwork, please let me know! I will not change anything once the Artwork is finished.✧ I'll update the Artwork progress from time to time so please keep in touch.✧ Completion of an Artwork requires 2 weeks (average) to 3 months or more depending on commission type, complexity and workload of commissions.✧ To commission me, just drop me a DM on my Instagram @_mairunovich_ ^^

b) Payment

✧ Full payment will be paid after I send a rough sketch of the commission.✧ I will not continue the commission until I receive the payment.✧ Once you’ve paid and I’ve started on the commission (continuing after the sketch) I will not refund the money and will complete the commission regardless. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not commission me.✧ I will only refund the money if I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.✧ Prices are listed in USD & MYR✧ Payment only accepted through:

e) Copyright/Usage

Artist Rights
● I retain the original copyright and ownership of the Artwork, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Artwork in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
● The process of the Artwork may be posted in my social media i.e. on Twitter and/or Instagram unless clients requests otherwise before work begins.Please note: If you have any reasons against this, I am absolutely willing to discuss it beforehand.Client Rights:
● Client receive exclusive rights to use the Artwork produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.● Clients may not claim the Artwork as their own and therefore must credit me as the artist using my social tag/username/link (Instagram @ _ mairunovich _The following is considered copyright infringement:
● Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making money off it in any way.
● Claiming the artwork as your own.
● Removing my signature.
● Altering the artwork without my consent.
